Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery or purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
• All original tags must still be attached
• Items must be free of damage

In-Store Returns

Items may be returned in-store during regular business hours, provided they meet the return requirements above.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Please allow:

• 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received
• 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Shipping Policy

We ship to most locations within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup within a 60-mile radius.

Pickup Availability

• Orders are available for pickup during regular store hours.
• Please allow time for your item to be transferred to the pickup location before arrival. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Pickup Window

Orders must be picked up within 10 days of receiving your pickup notification. Orders not collected within 10 days may be canceled and refunded.
