Returns and Exchanges
The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.philanthropyfashion.com. All store purchases may only be returned to Philanthropy Stores. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.
- FINAL SALES: All sales of jewelry and items marked as SALE are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
- For all other items to be eligible for an exchange or refund, the merchandise must be returned un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have original tags attached.
- Items must be received within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Please note that on-line returned merchandise is available for a refund only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, DO NOT attempt to return. All returns not meeting the above criteria will be rejected.
Jewelry and final sale merchandise may not be returned for an exchange or refund; UNLESS received damaged or the wrong item(s).
Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags attached.
HOW TO RETURN
Your order will include an invoice and return form. On your Return Form, check off the items you wish to return and list the return reason codes.
Securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Send all items back using USPS, UPS or FEDEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s).

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a refund for the price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping adn handling charges are non-refundable
DAMAGES, DEFECTIVE, WRONG ITEM(S)
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service at 615-628-8257. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
**Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
