Returns and Exchanges
All Merchandise – with the exception of discounted products, can be returned for refund within 20 calendar days from the date you place your order.
All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE (sale and coupon code items over 10% off). For any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of exchange or refund.
Merchandise must be returned un-worn, un-altered and have original tags attached.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Bralettes are a Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
During holiday season (Nov 1st to Dec 25th), we will accept your return for store credit only after the 30 days so long as it is received by January 15 of 2017. Please remember sale and coupon code items over 10% off will remain final sale.

Returning Store Merchandise:
We cannot process store–bought returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the store where you made the purchase or the store closest to your home. For the sake of convenience, you may ship your return via certified mail to your store of choice; please be sure to include your original receipt. Mailing addresses can be found in our store locator.
Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
- Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18.00 return cost.
- 3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $7.00 return cost.
- If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Merchandise exchanges can be made using any of the following methods. Please review the information below to determine which type of exchange will work best for you.
To make an exchange for the same item in a different size or color:
If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for reshipment of the item to you.
To make an exchange for a different item:
If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.
If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.
If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.
